89th state convention Bus Interest form

This form is a pre-survey to gauge interest and collect information for the BUS ROUTE. This is NOT convention registration. Official registration details can be found here!

Round-trip transportation will be $200 per person and is based on securing sufficient participation to move forward with the charter. Transportation will be provided on a 56-passenger coach bus equipped with Wi-Fi and power outlets.

Proposed Route and Schedule

Wednesday, September 30, 2026

  • Depart Houston at 9:00 PM

  • Pick up additional passengers in Prairie View

  • Pick up additional passengers in Austin

  • Continue overnight to El Paso

Sunday, October 4, 2026

  • Depart El Paso at 7:00 AM

  • Return stops in Austin and Prairie View

  • Final destination: Houston

    We recognize that this proposed route does not provide service through Dallas, Waco, or other communities along the I-35 corridor.

    If there is enough interest from members in Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, and surrounding areas, we can also explore arranging an additional charter bus to serve that region. Members in those areas are encouraged to indicate their interest so we can determine whether an additional route is feasible.
